Self-Love

Don’t let others get comfortable and be rude, impolite, and offensive to you. Love yourself. I am referring to self-love, not selfishness.
Set boundaries and be firm to them and leave the situation. The more you continue to make excuses the more they will do it. And they may say they’ll never do it again but the law of averages says different. They will repeat it. Most likely. Sooner or later. Do you want to waste your life away waiting for that shoe to drop and you get hurt again?! Nooooo!! We don’t always need to be people pleaser. ‪#‎CR1090‬

Wisdom

You may see the hand of an elderly persons are wrinkled but in my eyes they are filled with Love and wisdom. The world is Divine and sacred. We are sacred. Our all life is dedicated to the service of God. Our everyday prayers are surrender on the lips of breaking waves, our prayers are whispering of the trees and the shimmering of flowers. #CR1089

জীবন

সুখ এবং দুঃখ মিলিয়ে জীবনকে ভালবাসুন। দুঃখ আছে বলেই সুখ এত সুন্দর.

নিজেকে ক্রিয়েটিভ জিনিসের মাঝে ব্যস্ত রাখবেন। এতে ব্রেইন সুস্থ থাকে। ব্রেইন সুস্থ   থাকলে আমাদের চিন্তাধারা মুক্ত এবং সঠিক হবে।  দুশ্চিন্তাকে নিয়ে ব্যস্ত থাকবেননা। দুশ্চিন্তা হোল বিষাক্ত সাপ। আপনাকে ভিতরে ভিতরে নিঃশেষ করে দেবে । এই জীবনে কার না কষ্ট আছে শুনি? সবার ই কষ্ট আছে আবার সুখ ও আছে। আমাদের এই জীবনটা  আল্লাহর দেয়া মুল্যবান  উপহার। আল্লাহর উপহারকে  কষ্ট দিলে আল্লাহ তায়ালা নারাজ হন।  ❤ # CR1087

 

মুক্ত চিন্তা

আমরা প্রতি নিয়ত অন্যের দ্বারা প্রভাবিত হই। সমাজ,মিডিয়া এবং বন্ধু/বান্ধব আমাদের শেখায় কাকে আমরা ভালবাসব, কাকে ঘৃনা করব, কাকে ভয় পাব, কাকে বিশ্বাস করব, এমন কি ওদের দেয়া মাপকাঠি দিয়ে আমাদের চিন্তাকে খাঁচা বন্দী করে ফেলি। মন কে এদের থেকে মুক্ত করতে হবে, তারপর নির্জন স্থানে বসে মনের গভীরে চলে যাও। এই স্তর টা আমাদের সাধারন স্তর থেকে অনেক গভীরে। একবার ভাবো তোমার মন কি বলে? নিজেকে প্রশ্ন কর। তোমার মন কে অন্যের দাস করে রেখনা। অন্যের চিন্তা দ্বারা নিজেকে প্রভাবিত করে রেখনা। মনের এই স্তরে গেলে সঠিক নির্দেশনা মেলে। আমাদের সবার মধ্যে শক্তিশালী গাইড আছেন। যে সব সময় আল্লাহর সাথে সংযুক্ত । #CR1086

 

Don’t Give Up

No matter how many times life has knocked me down in all areas of my life; I made courage to get back up to achieve greatness. I always say to myself: I can do it. I set my mind to do: – if there is a mountain, there will be a way. I will stand on my feet and face all challenges with boldness. I will not accept what is not meant for me. Every situation will be handled by praying to God. I like to feel all my prayers will be answered. You?? Don’t give up on yourself. You can do it. Yes you can.  You deserve to be successful. মেয়ে

একজন মেয়েকে সব সময় অবিরত বলা হয় স্কুলের অন্য মেয়েদের সাথে তুলনা করে চলতে, অফিসের কলিগদের সাথে তুলনা করে চলতে, ম্যাগাজিন
এর মডেল দের মত তুলনা করে চলতে। পৃথিবীটা কিভাবে উন্নত হবে আমরা যদি নিজেকে অন্যের সাথে তুলনা করা নিয়ে ব্যস্ত থাকি?  #CR1084

Trust in God

Our God will take control of your depression or anxiety. Your pain, anxiety are not stronger than God. Trust me. বন্ধ হোক অভিশপ্ত যৌতুক প্রথা

কন্যা পণ সমাজের একটা ব্যাধি। আজ ও কন্যা সন্তানের পিতা মাতা কন্যা সন্তান জন্ম দিলে নিজেকে অপরাধী অথবা চিন্তিত হয়ে পরেন। অনেক পিতা মাতা এই ভয়ে ভ্রুন হত্যা করতে দ্বিধা করেন না। একবিংশ শতকে এসেও তৃতীয় বিশ্বে কন্যা পনের জন্য ছেলের বাবা মা পুত্রবঁধু কে পাশবিক ভাবে অত্যাচার করে । আসুন না আমরা যারা সচেতন এ বেপারে উদার হতে চেষ্টা করি এবং ধীরে ধীরে এসব কুসংস্কার কে বিলুপ্ত করে সুন্দর ভাবে আমাদের মেয়েদের কে সমান ভাবে বেড়ে উঠতে সাহায্য করি। ~  ‪#‎CR1081
