Release Anger

It is so amazing!! How yesterday some memories hurt you but today they no longer bother you. Why is that ??? It is because in our system it remains as a residue of anger. As long as a drop of anger still remains in your system, it will cause you pain. So try to release anger completely from within. It will help you to bring harmony in your mind. Remember the past is past. we can not change that. So release your resentment on those who cause you pain or distress. You are only hurting yourself with your anger. For your own good, learn from it, and then let it go. I want you to be happy.
